Widemile Wins W3 Gold Award For Creative Excellence

Work for Microsoft Office® 2007 Retail Program Recognized Alongside Leading Creative Firms Ascentium, GEICO, Tribal DDB, and OutCast Communications, Amongst Others

New York – November 6, 2007 – Today at the ad:tech New York industry conference, Widemile Inc., an emerging leader in multivariate testing and web optimization, announced that its creative services group received a W3 Gold Award from the International Academy of Visual Arts (IAVA). The W3 Awards honors outstanding websites, web marketing, and web video created by some of the best interactive agencies, designers, and creators worldwide. Over 2700 entries were received for the competition. Widemile was chosen as a Gold Award winner in the Computer/IT/Software category for its work supporting the Microsoft Office® 2007 retail program. The company worked with Microsoft to create “Microsoft Office 2007 for Retailers”, an online sales training program for retailers, including Best Buy, Comp USA, Office Depot, and Staples. The program is designed to educate resellers on the various versions of the product and targeted customers, and will be run beginning in Q4 of 2007.
