Optimization Analyst / Customer Relationship Manager

Summary

Widemile is currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager to own client relationships and coordinate team efforts to accomplish the successful development and execution of web page testing and optimization programs.

This position is a combination of marketing consultant, optimization specialist, and project manager roles — and experience in these areas is required.

In this role you will act as the main point of contact for our clients and vendors and work closely with different teams within Widemile to deliver optimization solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the day–to–day execution of testing programs, including the gathering and communication of project requirements, marketing consulting, problem solving, and pre–sales support.

You will also build and maintain exceptionally strong relationships with clients while advising them on how to apply quantifiable optimization testing strategies to their websites and email campaigns. As the key client contact, you will be assisting clients with all aspects of Widemile’s service, and work closely with Widemile’s Web Development and Creative Design teams to deliver world class optimization solutions to our clients. This position reports to the Director of Optimization and will have high impact within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Minimum 2–4 years of account management experience in the technology space
  • Strong online marketing or analytics experience
  • Strong quantitative skills and familiarity with statistical analysis or experiment design a plus
  • Exceptional experience in understanding client business needs
  • Experience with landing page design, search engine marketing, and search engine optimization
  • Exceptional attention to detail, interpersonal communication, copy writing, and organizational skills
  • Management of small web development teams in an agency environment
  • Experience with Photoshop, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript a plus
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent education/experience required

Qualifications

  • Create recipe testing matrixes and test plans, provide recommendations on copy, images, layouts, and offers to test as part of the optimization process
  • Create proposals and presentations for new potential customers
  • Create case studies of optimization projects
  • Support marketing initiatives across the company
  • Analyze multivariate testing data and provide recommendations
  • Compile executive summaries of key optimization findings for clients
  • The position requires limited travel
